Preserving Historical Buildings with AI & AR
Led a dynamic team of five in developing an iOS application using Swift and Figma to digitally preserve historical architecture. The app integrates AI Neural Radiance Field technology for high-fidelity 3D scanning, capturing over 80 significant historical structures into Augmented Reality. Featured in Shanghai Daily and published on the Apple App Store and Arcade Experience’s WeChat platform, the app has been downloaded 150+ times, helping to preserve cultural heritage for future generations.
Web3-Powered Anonymous Course Reviews
BlockReview is a blockchain-based course review platform leveraging Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs) to ensure anonymous yet verifiable student feedback.
Key Features: ZK Verification: Ensures only real students leave reviews without revealing personal data. Immutable Blockchain Storage: Guarantees reviews remain authentic and tamper-proof. Gamification & Incentives: Integrates Web3 hot wallets and token rewards to encourage participation. Bauhaus-Inspired UI: Balances security with creativity, making blockchain more approachable for students.

Music Festival Consumer Experience & Branding
Researched Gen Z consumer behaviors by leading weekly client meetings, focus groups, and interviews to gather insights on festival preferences. Developed detailed user personas and journey maps to optimize the festival ticketing experience and marketing strategy. Designed 20+ unique style guides for an upcoming festival with an expected attendance of 20,000+, ensuring a vibrant and engaging brand identity.
